bruce leonard

President

Bruce has been with the company since about 1975.  He started out working for his dad in the shop, learning how to operate the equipment, and then became owner in 1988.  

Bruce retired at the end of 2020, but is still involved in the business with Tim.

randy wellan

estimator

Randy has been with the company since about 1982 and a partner since 2005. Prior to working in construction, Randy worked as a car salesman. Randy learned the construction business, operated equipment and eventually came a full time estimator in 1990.

Randy is retired, but still estimates for us part-time. He says this is his “hobby”.

tim springer

vice president/Project Manager

Tim joined out team the end of 2016.  Tim grew up in a construction environment with his neighbor being a general contractor.  He was therefore exposed to the construction trade at an early age.  After graduating from the School of Architecture at Washington State University, he went to work locally in Tacoma for two architectural firms that focused on public bid projects.  As time went on, he switched gears to pursue his passion for construction and became a construction project manager for two design build general contractors based out of Tacoma.  He was a successful leader for various commercial projects ranging from Assisted Living Facilities, Medical, Retail, and Heavy Industrial projects through the State of Washington.  He also is an accredited LEED professional. Tim became an owner in 2019.

Jennifer Hulse

Accountant

Jennifer joined the team in May of 2021. Jennifer has a 2 year ATA degree in Office Administration & Accounting from Skagit Valley College, a 2 year AA degree from Olympic College in Bremerton, and a Bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University via the Olympic College campus. She now has her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, and a minor in Criminal Justice.
